Conference Travel Fund

There is a travel fund available to cover some of the accommodation and travel* expenses of the VJC partners from the UK. There is £5000 available for each virtual centre.

From this:

• 3 delegates from each virtual centre can apply for a maximum of £1100 (£3300 in total),
   
• each virtual centre should cover the full costs of an invited centre advisor (ideally, max. £1700).

Based on receipts, all the expenses can be reclaimed after the conference from the University of Edinburgh. Please indicate in the registartion form if you would like to use this fund, and we will contact you after the conference with the instructions of the process of reclaim.

* Travel expenses include economy fligts and local trasportation.
