NEWS India-UK Fellowship - Results

This year, the Fellowship Panel received numerous applications of a very high standard. From these, the Panel have decided to award the following candidates:


Juinor Fellowship:

  • R.Mahender Kumar: "Systematic evaluation of alternate biomass conversion technologies for sustaining the productivity of cereals"
  • Sangita Mohanty: "Development and evaluation of a simple nutrient limitation crop growth model for  rice and crops grown in rotation with rice and crops grown in rotation with rice"
  • Sanjoy Bandyopadhyay: "Farm scale strategies to maximise the value of nitrogen sources in India"
  • Surekha Kuchi: "A systematic analysis on agronomic and environmental benefits of neem coated urea"
